eDiscovery Business Confidence - Spring 2024 Survey

Welcome to the eDiscovery Business Confidence Survey, a non-scientific quarterly survey designed to provide insight into the business confidence level of individuals working in the eDiscovery ecosystem.

The survey consists of 15 multiple-choice questions focused on factors related to the creation, delivery, and consumption of eDiscovery products and services, including three multiple-choice questions focused on understanding the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) in the eDiscovery ecosystem.

We invite cybersecurity, information governance, and legal discovery professionals operating in the eDiscovery ecosystem, as well as industry analysts, commentators, and observers, to participate in the survey. Your responses will be kept anonymous, and no individual or organizational contact data, demographics, or answers will be shared.

Please complete the survey to have your business confidence responses included in the Spring 2024 results and to receive a copy of the results via email.
